Before you write

What I work on

WordPress, Craft CMS, Statamic and Laravel. Site rescues, performance fixes, migrations, ongoing maintenance retainers and white-label development for agencies. I take on emergency work, planned rebuilds and small single-task jobs.

What I do not work on

I do not build Shopify themes, native mobile apps or write copy. If your job is outside my stack I will say so on the first reply rather than waste your time.

What to include in your message

Your site URL, what you are trying to do or what is broken, when the problem started and any deadlines that matter. Screenshots and error messages always help. If access is needed later, I will send a secure handover link.

Reply times

I reply to enquiries within one working day. Free front-end checks come back within one hour. Site health reports are delivered within five working days of credentials being submitted. Emergency rescues are taken on case by case.

How I price

Fixed prices for the site health report, monthly retainers for support and maintenance and project quotes for everything else. No retainer required to start.

Where I am based

Leicester, UK. I work with clients across the UK and occasionally further afield. All work is remote unless an in-person visit is genuinely useful.
