Craft CMS redesign for expanding estate agent
Monkey vs Owl needed their rental-focused site updated to reflect new branding and support property sales. The existing Craft CMS installation was reskinned and extended over four weeks.
The problem
Monkey vs Owl had been running their rental property site for several years. The design had aged and no longer reflected who they wanted to be to landlords and tenants.
But the real challenge was growth: the business was expanding into property sales. The existing site structure only supported rental listings, with no way to accommodate sales properties or differentiate between the two.
The solution
Working from supplied designs, I reskinned the existing Craft CMS site while preserving the underlying content structure where possible. The new design brought the site up to date visually without requiring a rebuild from scratch.
The sales functionality was integrated alongside rentals, allowing the business to list and manage both property types through the same CMS. The work was completed in four weeks.
