Services

BillyMedia provides website development, maintenance, and support services. Specific terms for individual projects are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed for each project. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Retained support is invoiced monthly in advance.

Liability

I take reasonable care to ensure work is completed to a professional standard. However, I cannot guarantee that websites will be free from all issues. My liability is limited to the value of work paid for.

Intellectual property

Work created for you becomes your property once paid for in full. I retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of the work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential. I will not share details of your project, systems, or business with third parties without your permission.

Third-party services

Work may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, plugin developers, or payment processors. I am not responsible for failures or changes in these services.

Termination

Either party can terminate a working relationship with reasonable notice. Outstanding invoices remain due. Retained support agreements require 30 days notice to end.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

These terms may be updated. The current version always applies.
