Before committing to support a client site you did not build, get a written technical assessment first. I audit the security, performance, code quality and infrastructure, and you receive a full written report within 5 working days. One working day response to all requests. Useful as due diligence before quoting for ongoing work, or as a deliverable to show the client what needs addressing.

Can you join client calls?
Yes, when needed. I can join as a named contractor or remain invisible depending on your preference. I follow your lead on client communication.
How do you handle scope creep?
I flag it early. If a project is heading beyond the original scope, you know before it becomes a problem. Then you decide how to handle it with your client.
What about NDAs?
Happy to sign them. Client confidentiality is assumed regardless of paperwork.
Do you work with offshore teams?
Yes. I can work alongside your existing development team wherever they are based. Timezone overlap for communication is the main consideration.
