Common questions

How do you charge agencies?

Each job gets a fixed price after a first look. Monthly care is quoted for each site once I have seen it. The price is in writing before work starts, so you can quote with confidence.

Can you join client calls?

Yes, when needed. I can join as a named contractor or stay out of sight. You lead on everything the client hears.

How do you handle scope creep?

Scope creep is when a job keeps growing past what was agreed. It gets flagged early, before it becomes a problem. Then you decide how to handle it.

What about NDAs?

Happy to sign them. Client work stays private whether or not there is paperwork.

Do you work with offshore teams?

Yes. Your developers can be based anywhere. Some overlap in working hours is the main thing that matters.
