Before you write

What I work on

WordPress, Craft CMS, Statamic and Laravel websites that already exist. Site rescues, speed fixes, upgrades, hosting moves, monthly care and white-label jobs for agencies. Urgent problems and small single fixes are welcome too.

What I do not work on

New websites, Shopify themes, native mobile apps or copy writing. If your job is outside the four platforms I support, my first reply will say so. That way nobody's time is wasted.

What to include in your message

Your site address, the fault or change you need, and when the problem started. Add any deadlines you have. Screenshots and error messages always help.

Reply times

I reply to messages within one working day. For a website that is down or hacked, I can usually start the same day. Call 07968 311978 if it is urgent.

How I price

Every job starts with a check, then a price in writing. Fixes are a fixed price per job. Support and maintenance is quoted once I have seen the site. You do not need monthly care to start.

Where I am based

Leicester, UK. My clients are across the UK and sometimes further away. Everything happens online, unless meeting in person would help.
